The Arden House is in a great location if you are visiting the National Exhibition Centre or the LG Arena. The Arden House is the closest luxury Guest House to the NEC, Birmingham International Airport and Rail Station, which are all approximately 1.5 miles away. Other nearby attractions not requiring a visit to the centre of Birmingham are The National Motorcycle Museum, Sarehole Mill and Blakesley Hall.

The Arden House is an English country Guest House in a semi-rural location, and is the epitome of a modern luxury bed and breakfast. The Guest House is sometimes referred to as a 'Shakespearean retreat', as the house is inspired by William Shakespeare's great literary works.

All of the en-suite rooms are inspired by one of Shakespeare’s characters, and this is evident in the room names Hamlet, Macbeth, Portia, Capulet, Othello and Cordelia. The luxury designed bedrooms are furnished with high quality mattresses and pillows, and the rooms are also supplied with hairdryers as well as a 32” Flat screen TV. Each room also offers a complimentary mini bar with waters, soft drinks and snacks courtesy of the house. The hotel has FREE on-site parking for guests travelling around in their vehicles.

Bookings of up to 4 room nights if cancelled before 10.00, 2 days before arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the full cost of the reservation will be charged. For bookings of 5 room nights or more, if cancelled up to 30 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the full cost of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled later or in the case of no- show, the full cost of the reservation will be charged.
