On making a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of the first night’s stay will be required, or 50% of the total booking for 4 nights or more or for groups. There is an additional cancellation charge of 25% of the remaining balance if we are informed of the cancellation up to 72 hours prior to 11.00 on the day of arrival.
