One Broad Street Guesthouse Details
Centrally Located two minutes from the Pier, Lanes Shopping area and 8 mins from Brighton conference centre. We are a period property with sunny, airy and bright rooms punctuated with splashes of colour. We are a simple, clean guesthouse offering what we feel to be value for money.
Each room is simply furnished with luxury five star beds which we hope you will find incredibly comfortable, tea/coffee making facilities, free Wifi, flatscreen digital Tv's and many other little extras. Some of the rooms offer a partial seaview and kitchenettes with mini fridges (no cooking!). Our aim is to offer you a pleasurable stay in a cosy, friendly and unpretentious atmosphere.
Breakfast is cooked to order and is generally between 830 and 930 at weekends. On weekdays times may vary depending on general consensus of in house guests. Parking vouchers are available on request. We also provide an ironing service at no extra charge (please don't bring all your laundry!).
