The gastronomic heart of our hotel is the ‘Ter Poele’ brasserie; renowned for its extensive breakfast buffet,healthy yet effective lunch, and dinner in true Bruges style.
The chef only uses the best seasonal, fresh daily products, which include local specialties from the lush Brugge earth and freshly prepared seafood dishes.

The bar from our restaurant Ter Poele has had a tranformation into a Tapasbar, where guests can enjoy the nicest tapas and drinks! Our ambient bar exudes homely relaxation and is the ideal meeting place for a companionable drink after work, an apéritif or an informal party.
Sample the local ‘Brugse Zot’ beer, or relax with a lovely glass of cognac by the open fire or on the outdoor terrace!
