The hotel provides guests and non-resident diners with a choice of restaurants.
The Dining Room is suitable for approximately 40 guests with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The Auchenview Suite has spectacular south facing views and is suitable for smaller parties of up to 30 guests and is the ideal venue for a wedding service for up to 60 guests. The Glasshouse Brasserie with bespoke design by Dame Mary Durack is our main restaurant and is an alternative to the Auchenview suite.

The cocktail lounge is an ideal area to relax and enjoy a drink and a meal whilst enjoying the views of the hotel’s expansive front lawn and the eclectic range of mature trees that contribute so much to the serenity and sense of privacy at Carnbooth. The bar offers guests an exciting variety of cocktails and an excellent range of premium spirits, draught beers, and wines.

The hotel has a variety of private conference and banqueting suites which are ideal for conferences and private dining: The Auchenview Suite and the Drawing Room are situated within the original house and are situated between the hotel’s two restaurants. Both enjoy South facing locations, and offer conference and banqueting clients an abundance of natural daylight. The Marquee is suited to Trade Exhibitions, Product Launches and Training Seminars etc. In a Theatre Style layout, it comfortably seats up to 150.

Carnbooth House is ideally situated in a picturesque country setting on the south side of Glasgow, only 5 miles from the city centre. Local villages include Carmunnock, Busby, Thortonhall and Castlemilk. The town of East Kilbride is a 10 minute drive away, and within a15 minute drive are areas such as Clakston, Williamwood, Newton Mearns and Giffnock.

"We had a great overnight stay at the Carnbooth House Hotel!. Staff were first class and I mean THAT polite, helpful and courteous! We had a good night and the bed was wonderful! Ron the Operations Manager who was covering Night Manager shift was tremendous - as late as we got in he made us a sandwich, which was welcomed after a few beers! Great breakfast - staff were fresh and switched-on to our needs. When we checked out the lady was fab, cheery and bright. Nice and welcome experience - I think it's important to pass on praise when it's well earned and I'm sure other clients wishing to stay in this locality will be pleased to be steered to this hotel and for sure we will go back on other occasions now we know where they are! Thanks for finding this wee gem, I thought you would like to know that we were very pleased!"
