Hotel Altis is a five stars Hotel conveniently located in Lisbon’s city center, in the main business and shopping. Furthermore, Mouraria, Bairro Alto and Alfama, most typical quarters of Lisbon, are a walking distance with restaurants, cafés, theatres and other night life entertainment to accommodate the most diverse interests.
The modern and sophisticated interior design as well as the works by Portuguese artists present throughout the hotel create a unique space with a strong personality that remain in the guest’s memory. In 2011 the Hotel completed the first phase of its first major renovation of 200 of its rooms and the lobby, with a newly created Bar.

There are 300 rooms, including 12 suites with a far-reaching terrace view, at the Hotel Altis. All of the rooms are soundproof, decorated with the furniture integrated in ebony and stainless steel and with the guest’s comfort in mind. The rooms are all equipped with controlled air-condition, TV LCD Full HD with digital guest service, Nespresso coffee machine in the Suites, Internet access, Mini bar, Working area, Bathroom in marble and glass, professional air dryer 2000 wats, telephone, electronic command blackout and window blades.
The classic rooms have a view over the city or over the interior patio, located at the 4th, 5th, 11th and 12th floors with circa 20 sqm. In this category there are also communicating rooms as well as rooms for people with reduced mobility.
The Deluxe Rooms, with 20 sqm, also with a view over the city and the interior patio, are located from the 6th to the 10th floor. There are communicating rooms also available.
Premier Deluxe Rooms are also located from the 6th to the 10th floor and have circa 20sqm. Guests staying in these rooms have a VIP treatment at their arrival with selected Portuguese products, internet access, access to the Deluxe Lounge with daily newspapers and magazines, snacks and complementary drinks, business center and meeting room (according to availability). Communicating rooms are also available under this category. Guests staying in theses rooms also have the service of unpacking the baggage at arrival (if pre-reserved) as well as access to cocktails and canapés at the end of the day at the panoramic Bar S. Jorge.
There are 8 Junior Suites with a view over the city from the 4th to the 11th floors. These suites have private balcony, living room with 10 sqm and a bedroom with 21 sqm. There is the possibility of adjoining a Deluxe Room in order to create a suite with two bedrooms with total privacy.
The Ambassador Suites with a view over the city are located on the 11th floor. They have a private balcony with 10 sqm, a living room and dining room and a bedroom with 25 sqm

The Altis Hotel has two restaurants: the sophisticated Restaurant Grill D. Fernando with a magnificent view over Lisbon and the Tagus river and the Coffee Shop Rendez Vous with a creative kitchen for light meals at any hour of the day, in a casual and relaxed ambient.
