Using seasonal, sustainable, free–range & organic produce, we source locally using the best of british while importing our own Iberico hams and Spanish Beverages.

Breakfast is served in the Havana lounge, in an informal environment, Mexican oil cloths are laid over tables, and a selection of the Finest organic breads, pastries, juices, smoothies, milk/yoghurts, and condiments are laid out for guests to help themselves. Having one of the best markets in London on our doorstep, ‘Borough Market’ has helped us in keeping our ingredients as local, fresh, natural and organic as possible. This includes freshly baked Organic pastries and breads, organic cereals, Free Range Eggs, Natural ‘England Preserve’ Jams/Condiments & honeys. Freshly brewed slow filtered Monmouth coffee, freshly squeezed orange/grapefruit juice and smoothies, with milk and yoghurt sourced from Neal’s yard organic dairy.

Designed in the Havana style of old, the CHST lounge, with its high ceiling, colonial fans, oak blinds, American Walnut Panelling, natural stonewash colouration, exudes the warmth and welcoming spirit you will find in a traditional Latin environment.

A place to unwind and feel at home; Guests can help themselves to complimentary gourmet teas and Monmouth coffee while those feeling adventurous can mix themselves a drink at the honour bar, where there is a connoisseurs selection of single malts, rums, tequilas, spirits, wines and Spanish/American beers. An extensive and eclectic selection of DVD’s are also available in the lounge to borrow at no extra charge.
