Breathtaking Statement in Design
Conceived by Anouska Hempel, The Hempel Hotel and Garden Square, just north of London's Hyde Park, is a breathtaking statement in design. Each of the 40 guest rooms and 6 apartments reveals an understated and timeless luxury. Complemented by a new standard of service and technology, The Hempel presents a truly unique environment.
Discreetly hidden just north of Hyde Park, The Hempel and Craven Hill Garden Square, are a unique phenomenon in London. A row of perfectly restored white Georgian houses and a private garden, secluded, surrounded by trees, do not prepare anyone for the remarkable transformation within. The result is exceptional and the one from which all the others have based their designs.

Superbly HIP. From the outisde you may walk right past (except for noticing how the garden across the road resembles that used in the film Notting Hill - 'cause it was!) Surreal, but nice! Then through the door and a mass of pure white foyer greets you, and beautiful people serve you. Approaching your room you discover your room number beamed onto the floor in front of you. Once you enter your room.....WOW! What an experience. Totallly the opposite of what you'd expect from the Victorian facade....... Oh, and the Oxygen cannister with mask located in the bar-fridge is an unusual yet very refreshing experience. There are so many plus points of this hotel, it is best to experience this for yourself. This hotel will teach you to look at the world differently. You will marvel at how creatively many of the rooms have used the space to achieve the amazing designs results they do. Best value, who cares - you only live once - experience is everything. Seriously, around £200 per night double room is a good deal for the experience you will receive.
