Scottish Hotel Awards 2012 – Winners From Edinburgh & The Lothians

Last night saw the 2012 Scottish Hotel Awards held at the Thistle Glasgow.

The Scottish Hotel Awards are the ‘Scottish hotel Oscars’ and I’m delighted to say that a large number of in Edinburgh’s Hotel Partners were deserving winners.

The Chester Residence

The Scottish Hotel Awards 2012

The Place won a Design Gold Medal and award for Rising Star City Hotel.

Prestonfield House Hotel won the People Management Award, the 5-Star Service Award, and Luxury Event Venue of the Year.

The Knight Residence won the Customer Care Award for Serviced Apartments.

The Howard Hotel won the Friendly Service Award.

Ten Hill Place Hotel won Green Hotel of The Year in the Small Hotels category.

Greywalls Hotel for winning Hotel of Beauty.

Hotel Missoni for winning Hotel of Glamour.

Boutique Hotel of The Year went to The Bonham.

And finally……The Scottish Hotel of the Year Award was won by The Chester Residence (pictured above).

Congratulations again to all finalists and winners from across Scotland. The sheer breadth of awards and winners shows the fantastic range of fine hotels this country has to offer.
